"Wish I could give 0 stars. Have had insurance with Hal for more than 30 years. I get a text saying I owe over $1000 for unpaid payments on my car. Have bank statements proving otherwise. How would you still have insurance for 4 months with no payments made? My son in law called to get it cleared up (he is also on the policy) and spoke with Chris who was very rude. Was told one payment was placed to someone else's account and that a person had been fired because of issues happening, and then it had been placed on my home policy that wasn't even due in that month. He was told he could pay the amount they were saying was due or go somewhere else. I then spoke with Hal to get things figured out and was told he was not letting agents spend anymore hours correcting the issues and there was nothing he could do about it and that I should call other companies because I could get a much better rate. It wasn't about if I owed money or not, it was about clearing up the problem. Was also told he runs that office and his agents don't give out any kind of information about what goes on in his office. I have no reason to lie about was said. I was more than willing to pay if I owed money but not when you tell me I owe four different months that hasnt been paid and I have proof that it was. I think there is a lot going on there that is being covered up and apparently he isn't running his office like he thinks. It's sad that this kind of thing goes on when you have been with a company this long and they are not even concerned about clearing up the issue."
