"They do not listen when transferring insurance. I called 2 times to ensure my husband’s truck was going on my policy from my father in law’s policy. I get a text from FIL saying truck’s insurance is past due. If it’s not on my app, then I don’t know it is due. I don’t recommend transferring or trying to combine policies with this office."
